It's the way we think, act, speak, and love one another. It's in the way we raise our families, love our community, and seek the good of others before ourselves. We are a part of the Church of the Nazarene.
We believe in one God, the Creator of all things, who reveals Himself as Father, Son, and Spirit.
Jesus Christ is at the center of everything. We believe that Jesus is the only one who can reconcile us to God. He lived a sinless and exemplary life, died on the cross in our place, and rose again to prove His victory and empower us for life. We believe that Jesus Christ is coming back again as He promised.
We believe in the Holy Spirit, who is active in the world, bringing us to salvation.
We believe that the Bible is the Word of God, giving us all we need to know about God and how to have a relationship with Him.
We believe that sin has separated each of us from God and His purpose for our lives. We are born in sin because of our first father Adam, and through his fall, we all inherited the curse of death and eternal separation from God.
Jesus came to earth, lived a perfect life, then died on the cross on our behalf as the ultimate sacrifice for our sins. In order to receive forgiveness and a fresh start with God, we must repent of our sins, believe in Jesus as Lord, and commit to His will for our lives as we obey all that He commands.
We believe in the power and significance of the Church and the necessity of believers to meet regularly together as we are instructed in the Scriptures. The church is where we have a family of families, living in obedience to Christ. We do this by learning from His word, singing praises to Him, and praying with and for each other, bearing one another's burdens.
We believe in baptism and urge people to be baptized as Christians.
We believe in the Lord's supper.
We believe God can heal. We pray for healing. We also believe that God can work through medical science.
We believe that Jesus is coming again. We believe that everyone will face the judgment of God with its rewards and punishments.
